I Have Severe Pain In My Buttocks Espesially In My

I have severe pain in my buttocks espesially in my upper hamstrings. As I understand this is comming from my lower back where I have a degeneration and narrow in my lower back- no pain when I sit or lie down in bed. I exceersice at a biogenetic centra for the last year. It is not goiing worse with me but there is also no improement. I try to bypass surgery because I am very scared for that. Is there may be medication for spasm that I can take to help me for the buttock and hamstring spasm?
