I Have Severe Pain In My Neck, Shoulder, Arm, &

I have severe pain in my neck, shoulder, arm, & back (all on the left side). also I have diminished muscle & grip strength in my left hand. this is all came about following a radial artery coronary angioplasty. is this common & how can the pain be alleviated?
