I Have Severe Pain In My Upper Abdomen, In Between

I have severe pain in my upper abdomen, in between my ribs. It is a constant discomfort and then when I press on it, it's a piercing pain. Also it hurts to breathe. It doesn't feel right, like there is something there that shouldn't be. My diaphragm always feels full like I'm holding in a big breath, I've never had this before and I'm really concerned.
