I Have Severe Pain In My Upper Back, Loss Of

I have severe pain in my upper back, loss of appetite and get tired very easily. My blood count shows Extremely high ESR and Polymorphs. Can you suggest what is the problem. My doctor suggests, these are TB symptoms? Should I take a second opinion? Is it worrying?
