I Have Severe Pain In The Pit Of My Stomach

I have severe pain in the pit of my stomach which causes constant severe pain. If I eat I have liquid diarrhea for days. I go from freezing on the inside to sweating on the outside. Can sleep for days .eyesight is blurry, dizzy when I stand up. Stagger when I walk. Every joint in my body hurts, can't hold brush to brush hair . Severe pain in shoulders,where I can't hold my head up. Have to lay in bed to try to eat, because I can't get a utensil to my mouth to sit and eat.
