I Have Severe Pain On Left Side Of My Back

I have severe pain on left side of my back under my shoulder blade, around rib cage. I cant sit/stand up straight, or lay down on that side. The pain is barely noticeable hunched over, but still there. I cant cough or breath deep without the pain taking to my knees.
