I Have Severe Pain On The Heel Of My Hands

I have severe pain on the heel of my hands even when trying to place them in a comfortable position with my palms down. Also severe pain in my heels which continues up my legs. I can't even stand for light sheets to touch my heels. I am now on neurontin but it has started to not help with the pain. I have tried lyrica but both are not doing enough without increasing the dose. Can you help me figure out why?
