I Have Severe Pain, Throbbing, Itching Anally. I Have A

I have severe pain, throbbing, itching anally. I have a yeast infection being treated with fluconazole as of a Dr. Visit yesterday. Also was prescribed acyclovir for anal herpes. Seems to be something much worse.
I told in the E.R. in Aug. that I had a large mass in my uterus and should have an MRI. I haven't done that and now every time my menses come I have severe cramping that has taken me to the E.R. on two occasions in the last 6 months. I'm feelling all the problems are being caused by this tumor I haven't addressed. OK Dr. now chew me out. I want to go to the E.R. right now as I'm just can't take the severve pain I'm experiencing.
