I Have Severe Psoriasis Which Has Caused Fibromyalgia And Psoriatic

I have severe psoriasis which has caused fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis. 4 days ago I woke up with pain in my left palm. Now it shoots up my arm into my chest. It's painful but also tingling with a little pressure. I'm on methotrexate injections and humera. Can it be my arthritis getting worse or can this be cause by my meds? Or maybe even something else?
