I Have Severe Scoliosis On The L Side. Approx 35-40%.

I have severe scoliosis on the L side. Approx 35-40%. I am very Clive . Taking accelerated interval arobics. Walking a lot. Working 1 day a week. I am 73 yrs. old. I sometimes have severe last side pain where my ribs hit mr pelvis. Could this be putting pressure on mr kidney and/ or liver to the opine of causing damage?
