I Have Severe Sharp Pains In The Upper Right Quadrant

I have severe sharp pains in the upper right quadrant of my chest, my ribs and the upper right quadrant are extremely sore and I have constipation and had a mega colon removed three years ago. I have been to an ER the past two days and they have no answer and have discharged me without pursuing any gastro problems which they have been told about.

Do you have a possible prognosis?
