I Have Severe Shoulder Pain From Arthritis Bursitus And A

I have severe shoulder pain from arthritis bursitus and a possbile rotator cuff (waiting on MRI). I'm taking naaproxen 500mg 2x aday but it doesn't help. What other combinations can I take to see if it will help relieve some of the pain?
