I Have Severe Spasms And Have Prescription Cyclobenzaprene 10 Mg

I have severe spasms and have prescription cyclobenzaprene 10 mg to take. I have taken one with little or no relief. I have also been prescribed dilaudid 1 mg by another doctor for pain. Will it cause any problem if I take the dilaudid now, one hour after I have taken the cyclobenzaprene or baclufen?
