I Have Severe Stomach Pain That Radiates Through My Back

I have severe stomach pain that radiates through my back and ribs. Also, extreme diarrhea. I am fatigued all of the time and when I try to do normal activities such as just going to the store, I get extremely over exhausted, the cramping gets worse, nauseated. I have lost a good deal of weight appox. 70 lbs. I have been in the hospital for this, they said I had an ulcer, but treatment has not help at all and the condition is getting worse. This has been going on since November of last year. The pain and diarrhea wake me up and sometimes I can not make it to the bathroom in time it is so loose. Also, at times the stool has mucus or what I would call "slimy." I get very lightheaded and break out in cold clammy sweat. Having a BM does not usually help the pain. I also have very intense gas.
