I Have Severe Swelling In Hands Feet Witch Are Both

I have severe swelling in hands feet witch are both extremely red they appear to be filled with fluids my throat is extremely soar and there's a thing on my tounge that hurts appears to look like a burn but isn't and its making a crater random bruising on my sides of stomachs hard time swallowing and breathing inalot of discomfort and pain
