I Have Severe Tooth Pain Last Week While On Holiday

I have severe tooth pain last week while on holiday I took numerous pain relief ibuprofen codein co codonol asperin paracetamol but nothing eased the pain one day / night I took far too much and made my self poorly ever since 5 days on I’ve had horrible pain in upper stomach I feel sick and am sick a lot and have pain radiating into back I burp a lot and it’s not getting better what should I do
