I Have Sex But After The 30 Days Of Expose

I have sex but after the 30 days of expose I have had flu like symptoms. then at 36 days I did antibody test it turn negative but symptoms still has.. then at 55 days I test again antibody test. it is also negative but still now I have symptoms. what will I do now?
