I Have Sharp Pain In My Left Foot Between The

I have sharp pain in my left foot between the ball and toes on the under side. It is very difficult to walk/put weight on it. I also have numbness and tingling in my hands, currently sore elbow and generally stiff joints including knee I have had this same pain in the past, it seems to come and go without correlation to anything.
