I Have Sharp Sudden Pain In The Left Side Of

I have sharp sudden pain in the left side of chest. I woke up to this and its the same type of pain when eating at McDonalds. I've had this pain come and go mostly at night or when eating McDonalds and I drink alot of tea with sugar added. I think its angina but don't know exactly.
