I Have Shaved My Head Completely Bald And I Was

I have shaved my head completely bald and I was walking around all day in the sun yeterday with no sun screen and I have sunburn. I had woken up this morning and noticed my pillow was wet from a yellowish fluids coming from my scalp where I have sunburn. I see yellowish scams and the fluid has been leaking from my scalp all day today. Can you tell me what this is?
