I Have Shock Type Pain On Left Side Of Mouth

I have shock type pain on left side of mouth in tooth region, what can cause it. I have had X-rays and ultra sound and have been to dentist. Everything looks fine but I still erratic electric shock type pain. I was on an osteoporosis once a month medicine for 6 months before this. Not sure if this started this pain. I stopped taking it.
