I Have Shooting Unbearable Pain In My Lower Back To

I have shooting unbearable pain in my lower back to the point I can’t move, can’t sit or stand easily, shooting pains down my legs. It also hurts when I cough, pass gas or have to go to the toilet. Ive been diagnosed with L4/5 and L5/S1 bulging discs last week but this pain only happened today. Can you advise?
