I Have Shoulder Pain And Tingling In My Left Arm.

I have shoulder pain and tingling in my left arm. I have had this condition foe almost 3 weeks. I do not have any other symptons . I have no chest pain no pain in my jaw no shortness of breath. I'm thinking it could be a pinched nerve but am not sure. Any insight and advice you can offer will be helpful. Thank You.
