I Have Shoulder Right Blade Pain, Some Neck Soreness, A

I have shoulder right blade pain, some neck soreness, a little numbness in my right pinky finger. And sometime feel some pain in a line going from my rthe base of my neck and up into my head. It feels like a nerve thing from a pulled muscle, but not sure. My BP is normal 128/68 and just started on BP med a week ago. Nothing obvious to cause the shoulder blade irritation. Going on for 24 hours now. Concerned about heart or stroke.
