I Have Shoulder Subluxation In My Right Shoulder, There Is

I have shoulder subluxation in my right shoulder, there is no pain now,its been 3 years enough rest and physiotherapy was taken but my shoulder stil makes grinding sound no pain though and my right collar bone has lost its alignment with the left collar bone can i start weight training or can i gym ever? Wil this subluxation go ? Please reply asap... Thanks
