I Have Sinus Drainage Down The Back Of My Throat,

I have sinus drainage down the back of my throat, pain in my left ear, swollen gland on the left side of my neck, coughing and a stuffy nose - I cannot take a lot of over the counter meds and nasal decongestants because I have high blood pressure - I have been given a round of antibiotics for bronchitis - the coughing and the drainage are both still there - what can I take that will not run my blood pressure up?
