I Have Sinus Infection Bad Cough My Bp Was Great

I have sinus infection bad cough my bp was great always is but nurse said my pulse was 120 she retook in a few minutes it was 105
But dr never rechecked or listened to my heart only my lungs never told me to watch it or follow up? Started augmentin about four hours ago and I feel speedy??
