I Have Sinus Pressure Between The Eyes And Behind The

I have sinus pressure between the eyes and behind the eyes, i also have facial pressure and feel dizzy everyday. My hairline is sore and my ears feel full. I've had 2 sinus surgery with no relief. My nose haven't drain for 18 months. I do sleep upright on a recliner but my nostrils never drain. I think i have frontal blockage. Should i get sinus balloon dilation?
