I Have Sinus Problems… For The Last 3 Winters. I
I have sinus problems… for the last 3 winters. I use the nettie pot with warmish distilled water only.
I cannot tolerate even 1 quarter of a small package.
While I do the plain treatment, I get pain above my brows (burning) and sometimes I feel drips of water sliding down in my throat. I cannot see my family doctor before next Tuesday.
Do you have a suggestion?
