I Have Sinus Problems All Year Round. I Get A

I have sinus problems all year round. I get a lot of Sinus pain in the sinus cavity area and some time sinus Pressure. I have an over abundance of mucus that I spit up after brushing my tooth in the AM and afterwards. I get more to Sinus pressure when the season change. I just started using Nasonex which helps better than the Clariton I've been using for years. How can I get rid of the mucus and sometimes smelly smell I smell in my nostrils ( only I can smell every so often)
