I Have Sinus Really Bad It Is Hanging In My

I have sinus really bad it is hanging in my throat I just seen an ent and he was not much help wondered if you had any suggestion s it hangs in my throat ad nose and I keep trying to swallow it but it doesn't do any good .they said I have a calcified tonsil on that side too. and I'm kinda sick to my stomach. ive had a head scan, swallow test ,throat scan, and stomach scan and was wondering if sinus pills would help. they have me spraying flotnaise in my nose once a day and that is no help. sorry such a long question but io been sick since December and have lost 40 pounds. thank you
