I Have Sjogren"s And RA, Now My Neck Feels Swollen,

I have sjogren"s and RA, now my neck feels swollen, under arms and drenching night sweats. I am concerned about lymphoma; but don't know where to start. Family members have all passed from cancer. I am a 54 yr old female. I mention my concerns to my Doctor and he says nothing. Thank you.
