I Have Skin Peeling Into Small Past Like Rolls Around

I have skin peeling into small past like rolls around my clitoris and vagina. It also looks like the skin has tiny little cuts in it. I am sexually active with my husband we both were checked recently for everything while going through fertility treatments. It seems that maybe it's a reaction to something. it happens often but doesn't seem to correlate only with times when I am having intercourse. Can you help>
