I Have Skin Problem When I Rub My Skin It's

I have skin problem when I rub my skin it's red & I feel swelling. For this I m using Fexit 60 mg from last 2 month and before 2 month Fexit 120 mg same 2 month, also use zenmet from 4 month. When I turned off medicine I feel itching & feel skin hard. My serum IgE is 240.90.
