I Have Skin Sarcoidosis For Approximately 10 Yrs.. I Have

I have skin sarcoidosis for approximately 10 yrs.. I have small area on nose. I take paquenel 20 mgs for this. Recently a chest X-rays reveals faint reticular opacities in upper lobes. I have no symptoms as of now. Is this the beginning of lung sarcoidosis?
