I Have Slight Lower Right Abdominal Discomfort When I Sneeze

I have slight lower right abdominal discomfort when i sneeze or get up from lying down.it kinda feels like a pull,but it has been two weeks.I don't feel any lumps & it doesn't hurt to press down on the area.But I also had an encapsulated tumor(leiomyosarcoma) removed from my leg 9 months ago.
