I Have Slight Pain In My Testies When I Left

I have slight pain in my testies when i left for about a week and now have pain in my coccyx
It hurts to squeeze out a wee and can be a bit start stop
I have been examined but no abnormal lumps in groin or testes
I have had no injuries and I have great groin mobility
