I Have Slight Swelling In My Thumb And Middle Finger

I have slight swelling in my thumb and middle finger on my right hand and also symptoms similar to tennis elbow the same side. My thumb hurts all the time and my middle finger joint is sensitive to the touch. I am losing the ability to use my thumb to grip small things due to weakness/pain in the join. My elbow only hurts after I am really active, but rarely during activity. I am healthy, within normal weight and have no history of joint issues.
