I Have Small Ant Bit Looking Bumps On My Penis

I have small ant bit looking bumps on my penis no itching one had like a white head on it . I squeezed it an it did not do anything but kind of hurt the white head was hard like an would not come out I should not have mest with it cause i made a sore now and hurts don't now what it is please help
