I Have Small Bumps On The Outside Of My Vagina

I have small bumps on the outside of my vagina and they been here for 2.5 years my OB/GYN said they are not an STD .... She advised me to soak in a tub and “milk” them so that the white stuff will come out .... however , I tried and nothing is happening but pain cause I’m trying to get whatever it is out .... I have a lot of them now and I want them removed ! What should I do :(
