I Have Small Cell Lung Cancer And Adrenial Gland Cancer

I have small cell lung cancer and adrenial gland cancer and on opdiva and I have a terrible dry mouth I can not eat and it some times hard for me to swallow do you think this is from this treatment or can it be from some of the medicine I have been such as zolpidem for sleep and I have really bad night sweats at night that start at 2:0 am and go all night long.Cand you give me any advise?
