I Have Small Dry Slightly Raised Red Spots Pretty Much

I have small dry slightly raised red spots pretty much around my whole body. Mainly torso, back, and buttocks with a few in inner thigh. This started a few weeks ago and I'm noticing more. Sometimes they are itchy. There is no pain and my diet has not changed.
