I Have Small Growths All Over The Back Sides Of

I have small growths all over the back sides of my tongue. They almost look like small tentacles. I also have oral thrush that won't go away, had it over 2 months and have tried 3 different prescriptions. It slowly fades away buy days later comes back. I tested negative for HIV.
