I Have Small Growths In And Around My Vagina, Some

I have small growths in and around my vagina, some in a row leading up to my clitoris, and several on the inside on the roof of my vagina in a sort of crease just inside of it. Not sure what they are - I just saw a doctor in my town who APPARENTLY said he didn't see anything strange (diagnosed me with a yeast infection because of my discharge) but I'm seriously questioning whether or not he is seeing what I'm seeing... So freaked out and I have a partner this may affect so I absolutely have to know what this is. Should I just go in again?
