I Have Small Itchy Red Bumbs Located On My Stomach,

I have small itchy red bumbs located on my stomach, hips and thighs. I'm visiting family in South Florida. I have not been in the sun and Benadryl isn't making it subside. I've also have had it for 4 days now and it seems to be getting worse. Please help.
