I Have Small Little Bumps On My Fourchette. They Don't

I have small little bumps on my fourchette. They don't bother me much only when urinating and wiping. My uniform at work is too tight now so recently it started to become uncomfortable by rubbing my vaginal area during movement. So I thought it was just sore from that but I recently looked and noticed a few small red bumps. I'm concerned.
