I Have Small Raised Areas On My Arm And Chest

I have small raised areas on my arm and chest /they appear to be three in number almost in a straight line/and they are itchy /at first I thought it was ivy poison /they seem to develop after sleeping .I have checked my matress for any sign of bed bugs.I am a nurse and work w many people who live on the street.my physical contact is minimal
