I Have Small Raised Bumps On My Arms Legs And

I have small raised bumps on my arms legs and back that I can scratch off but then they scab. I also have a place on my scalp that I thought was basil cell carcinoma (sp?) but is not healing like others I've had removed that would open and heal over and over. Also, stiffness in both hands when I wake up. Also, lethargic. Do these symptoms sound like Lupus? I also have memory issues but recently had xray and ct scan of head and sinus with no abnormalities.
