I Have Small Red Bumps On My Penis Head And

I have small red bumps on my penis head and under foreskin. They don't hurt or itch but I can feel them there. I do have protected and unprotected sex with my girlfriend whom I have been dating for 3 months.I have seen a doctor and got diagnosed with fungal infection and I took medication as prescribed and things got better but now the bumps won't stay away. Also my girlfriend says my semen tastes bitter. I don't know if that's related to the creme I took, the bumps or just my diet. Please help me. Thank you.
