I Have Small Red Bumps, With A Black Center On

I have small red bumps, with a black center on my outer labia. They are a little painful and a little itchy but mostly uncomfortable. They are not hair follicles or ingrown hairs. I am married and only have had him as a sexually partner, so I'm not sure if it's a std. Could you please tell me what this could possibly be? I do have a picture, as well, if that would help.
